Scope
Users are provided with information in this privacy policy about the nature, scope, and purpose of the collection and use of their data by the responsible provider. The legal framework for data protection is provided by the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG).

Collection of General Data
When you access this offering, information is automatically recorded by us or the webspace provider. This information also referred to as server log files, is of a general nature and does not allow conclusions to be drawn about your person.
It includes, among other things, the web page's name, file, date, data volume, web browser, web browser version, operating system, the domain name of your internet provider, the so-called referrer URL (the page from which you accessed our offering), and the IP address.
Without this data, it would not be technically feasible to deliver and display the content of the website. In this respect, the collection of data is mandatory. Furthermore, we use anonymous information for statistical purposes. They help us optimize the offering and technology. We also reserve the right to subsequently check the log files if there is reason to suspect illegal use of our offering.

Handling of Personal Data
Definition: Personal data includes all information by which a person can be clearly identified. This includes data that can be traced back to a person, such as the first name and last name, telephone number, and email address. Information about hobbies, memberships, and preferences, as well as websites visited, are also considered personal data. The provider collects, uses, and may disclose these data only if the legislator expressly permits it or if the user consents to the collection, processing, use, and disclosure of the data.

Registration on Our Website
When you register on our website to take advantage of personalized services, personal data is collected. This includes the name, address, telephone number, and email address as contact and communication data.
Registration enables access to services and content that are only available to registered users. Registered users can change or delete the data provided during registration at any time if necessary. Upon request, we will also provide information about which personal data has been collected and stored. In addition, we will correct or delete data upon request, provided that there are no legal retention obligations to the contrary. For inquiries and requests for correction or deletion of data, please use the contact details provided in this privacy policy.

Integration of Third-Party Services and Content
Our offering may include content, services, and performances from other providers. These include, for example, Google my business, Google ads, Google maps, Google Search Console provided by Google, videos from YouTube, as well as graphics and images from other websites. In order for this data to be called up and displayed in the user's browser, the transmission of the IP address is necessary. The providers (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") therefore perceive the IP address of the respective user.
While we make every effort to use only third-party providers who require the IP address solely for the purpose of delivering content, we have no influence over whether the IP address may be stored. This process is used for statistical purposes in particular, if we are aware that the IP address is being stored, we will inform our users.

Data Economy
We store personal data in accordance with the principles of data avoidance and data economy for as long as it is necessary or required by law (statutory retention period). When the purpose of the information collected no longer exists or the retention period ends, we block or delete the data.

Your Rights to Information, Correction, Blocking, Deletion, and Objection
You have the right to request free information about the personal data stored by us, and/or to request correction, blocking, or deletion. Exceptions: These are data that is required for business processing or data that is subject to legal retention obligations. For these purposes, please contact our data protection officer (contact details you can find at the end of the privacy policy).
In order to be able to consider a data block at any time, it is necessary to keep the data in a lock file for control purposes. If there is no legal archiving obligation, you can also request the deletion of the data. In any other case, we will block the data if you wish.
